A Virtual Hackathon on HLA and COVID-19

Virtual Hackathon A two day hackathon has been planed for April 23-25. This is the 10th hackathon in this series focusing on vetting data standards for HLA and KIR.

This hackathon will focus on three topics:

  • The development of a database of HLA and COVID-19 data to support global efforts in this area
  • The development of database tools for the 18th IHIW
  • The development of tools for validating and processing HLA genotyping results in HML 1.0.1 format
