Coronavirus Survey Dashboard

A coronavirus survey was developed by a team at Englander Institute of Precision Medicine Weill Cornell Medicine.

This questionnaire is designed to identify potential geographic areas in which the coronavirus is spreading in the US. Participants are asked about symptoms. The goal is to helpl locate areas with a high number of infected people.
