A paper entitled “Precision COVID-19 Vaccine with Companion Diagnostics” article has been published. This paper suggest an approach to vaccine developent based on inducing memory T-cell responses to kill newly infected cells. The preclinical testing is done in silio based on peptide binding prediction to HLA class I molecules.
